1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Croí Evolve Fitness website at croievolve.ie and the personal training, group coaching, classes, online coaching and studio rental services ("Services") provided by Croí Evolve Fitness, 3rd Floor, Private Studio, Iveagh Fitness Club, Bride Road, Dublin 8, D08 KR12, Ireland. By booking a session, enquiring about or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

We offer Semi-Private Personal Training, Small Group Training, Mat Pilates, Ritbox, Online Coaching and private Studio Rental, as described on our website. Pricing, session formats and inclusions for each service are set out at the time of booking and may be updated from time to time; the version confirmed with you at booking applies to your agreement.

3. Bookings, trials and cancellations

• Trial sessions and free trials are limited to first-time clients per service, as described on our website.
• Ongoing memberships and coaching packages have no fixed-term contract; you may cancel with 7 days' written notice (via WhatsApp or email) before your next billing date.
• Promotional offers (such as founding member pricing) are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including any minimum commitment period.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session in cases of coach illness, studio unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control, and will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative.

4. Payment

Fees are charged in advance on a monthly, quarterly or per-session basis depending on the service, as agreed at booking. Prices are in euro (€) and may be updated from time to time; any change will not affect a billing period already paid for.

5. Health & assumption of risk

Exercise and physical training carry inherent risk. By participating in our Services, you confirm that you are physically able to take part, and that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries or limitations to your coach. We strongly recommend consulting a doctor before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition.

Croí Evolve Fitness will deliver Services with reasonable skill and care, but does not accept liability for injury or loss arising from participation in training, except where caused by our negligence.

6. Studio rental

Studio rental bookings are by arrangement and subject to availability. Renters are responsible for the proper use of equipment and the studio space during their booked slot, and may be held liable for damage caused by misuse or negligence during that time.

7. Conduct

We expect all clients, members and studio renters to treat coaches, staff and other members with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a membership in cases of abusive behaviour, repeated late cancellations, or non-payment.

8. Intellectual property

The Croí Evolve Fitness name, logo, branding, website content and training programme materials are our property or used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Croí Evolve Fitness's liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in question in the preceding 3 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
