Croí Evolve Fitness ("Croí Evolve", "we", "us", "our") operates a private personal training studio at 3rd Floor, Private Studio, Iveagh Fitness Club, Bride Road, Dublin 8, D08 KR12, Ireland, and the website at croievolve.ie. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

• Membership and coaching data: if you become a client, we may collect health and fitness information (such as goals, physical assessments and progress notes) that you provide to your coach, used solely to deliver your programme.
• Website analytics: if you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website (pages viewed, approximate location, device type).
• Reviews widget: our testimonials section displays Google reviews via a third-party widget (Elfsight), which may set its own cookies to display this content.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and book trial sessions or discovery calls
• To deliver and manage personal training, group coaching, classes, online coaching and studio rental services
• To send you service-related communications (such as session reminders or programme updates) if you are a client
• To understand how our website is used and improve it, where you have consented to analytics cookies

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not use your health or fitness data for any purpose beyond delivering your coaching programme.

• Elfsight: powers the Google Reviews widget shown on our testimonials section.
• Meta Platforms, Inc.: if you contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram, your communication is subject to Meta's own privacy policy.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, they do so under recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and contact form data only for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of your membership plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. We delete data we no longer need.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to certain processing; and request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@croievolve.ie.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at, or intended for, children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 without parental consent.
